Get to Know Me

David Robinson is the founder of INNOVA Realty Group, the culmination of three decades’ worth of commitment to serving every client with integrity and enthusiasm. After beginning his career by flipping over 300 homes within 13 years and owning several rental properties in two states, David became a licensed real estate agent and broker, opening his own firm and helping more than 500 clients buy and sell their homes, land, and businesses.
 
A Southern California native, David has a love for this region and a heart for creating relationships with his clients that go far beyond transactions. Since his start, David has expanded his clientele from friends and family to hundreds of happy clients throughout Southern California. As much as he educates his clients, David insists he’s learned from his clients as much as he’s taught them.
 
With a career built on symbiotic relationships, hard work, and trust, David’s many referrals have granted him experience working with any client interested in buying, selling, flipping, or investing in real estate. After finding success through three economic cycles of recessions and booms, David is happy to advise any client based on his real-world experience. He also has a solid foundation from his bachelor’s degree in finance, real estate, and law (FRL), as well as his designation as a Certified Distressed Property Expert.
 
David has built his career on a reputation for strong leadership delivered through thoughtful service. His entrepreneurial spirit and detailed vision have helped him build upon his foundational ethics and values by providing clients with state-of-the-art photography and videography that capture each home’s quintessential essence and unique design. In addition to filming for buyers and sellers, David creates videos for local businesses, helping them communicate their mission and features to the community at large.
 
In all areas of his life, David strives endlessly toward growth. When he isn’t serving clients, he regularly gives time to bettering the community, participating in projects such as food bank drives. Equally passionate about health, fitness, and family, David loves walking and hiking the hills of his hometown and spending quality time with his wife, Pam, and their five children.
